BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 4800 block of Winding Lane, being off the southeast line of Winding Lane northeast of Gadd Road. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 1566, page 453, ROHC. To find the true point of beginning of said part of tract, start on the southeast line of Winding Lane some 1134.3 feet northeast of the intersection of the southeast line of Winding Lane with the northeast line of Gadd Road, thence southeast some 90 feet to the true point of beginning, thence northeast some 315 feet, thence southeast some 247 feet, thence southwest 313 feet, thence northwest some 257 feet to the true point of beginning. Tax Map No. 99L-E-35 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to R-3 Residential Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. A natural sight-obscuring screen along all R-1 areas; 2. No access to Winding Lane; and 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
